Japan = officially EPICWell, I'm back to earth with a bump after an incredible 3 week Japan trip. I cannot even begin to cover everything about it in this entry right now as I need to go to bed soon, but suffice to say that Chris and I are missing the place already.
Those of you who can associate with my X Japan obsession may be pleased to know that a big dream came true for me; I got to see them live at the Tokyo Dome on May 3rd.
Freaking amazing, with production values of around 3 billion yen. 
Yeah, Yoshiki-sama sure knows how to blow some cash... as did I at the X goods stands. 
Sadly all Hello Yoshikitty goods were sold out though. Bums! Hope I can get my mitts on some eventually... 
the two mega inflatable Yoshikitties that flanked the stage for part of the show were the stuff dreams are made of. Some might say bad dreams, but I digress... 
The downside to having been on this trip of a lifetime is of course that our wallets need ample time to recover! This means that Chris and I won't realistically be able to attend any conventions/events for a while, in fact we'll probably have to take time out from the scene for the rest of this year. Huu...
So I thought I'd best get that bombshell out of the way, what with the London MCM Expo coming up this weekend and all. Apologies to anyone who was hoping to see us there this time around. m(_ _)m Hope to catch you another time!
